Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, or carrier-related delays. At Cotosite, we process and ship orders placed through our online store for customers located in the United States.
Our website currently serves the U.S. market only. Although our business contact address is listed in the United Kingdom, we currently accept and ship orders only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only, not guarantees. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day will begin processing from that business day where possible.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, or on weekends or public holidays, will generally be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
We work with major shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the destination and logistics availability.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.

Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
If you need to request a shipping address change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@cotosite.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once order processing has begun or once the order has been shipped.
If a package cannot be delivered because the address provided by the customer is incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required for reshipment.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We do not ship a single order to multiple addresses.
If you would like items delivered to more than one address, please place a separate order for each shipping destination.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
