At Cotosite, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
1. Eligibility for Returns

- Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
2. How to Start a Return

- Photos, if applicable, especially for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and, if your return is approved, the correct return address.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to:
